Daragh Byrne is a Sydney based mindfulness meditation and yoga teacher. He runs meditation courses, classes and workshops in a number of Sydney locations. His passion for meditation developed alongside his career in software development, during which he became keenly aware that - like so many of us - he was making his living using the power of his mind.
Having originally embraced meditation as a tool for managing stress, he became committed to the practice when he realised its power to improve every part life.
As well as teaching at a number of prominent Sydney studios, Daragh runs regular in-depth, group-based meditation workshops and courses. He has been fortunate to speak about meditation at a number of conferences, and regularly teaches and has taught meditation to a number of Australia's most progressive organisations.
